Homeless Care Packages

Come out and help us build care packages for those who displaced and are homeless.  Lighten The Load will collect individual and travel-size items to make mini care bags.  We are make mini care bags and pass them out to those in need.  

We are seeking donations of the following items:

• Soap, shampoo & conditioner • Deodorant • Chapstick • Lotion and sunscreen • Washcloths • Toothbrushes & toothpaste • Mouthwash (only alcohol-free) • Hairbrushes & combs • Individual packets of laundry soap • Facial tissues (small packs) • Granola bars, cracker packs • Anti-bacterial wipes • Disposable razors • Cotton socks • T-shirts

We are also seeking volunteers to join us in assembling up the donated items in bags for distribution. If you would like to participate in the package assembly team or have additional questions, please contact us at  lightentheload2018@gmail.com
